- This guide will serve as the basis for all service work done by Splash Water Sports, Inc. service technicians. Sales personnel will consult this guide to help ensure the customer understands and acknowledges all service work to be performed. The customer claim check, provided in EVE, should be filled out by the customer to ensure proper estimate agreement procedures. Any questions or comments should be addressed to the Service Manager.

- Annual Service
- Complete Regulator $62.50: Disassembly of 1st stage, 2nd stage, octopus and pressure gauge. Ultrasonic cleaning, customer notification of parts needed and/or recommended for replacement, reassembly and adjustment. If overhaul is requested, all parts in the standard service kit will be replaced. Price does not include parts.
- There is a $10.00 discount on complete regulators purchased at Splash Water Sports, Inc.

- Environmental Protection Kit $15.00:
- If the 1st stage has non-air environmental protection, i.e.; oil filled, there is an additional $15.00 charge. This applies to all regulator services.

- Submersible Pressure Gauge Service - $7.50:

- Applicable to extremely dirty or corroded regulators. Up to 20 minutes ultrasonic cleaning, for longer there is additional charge. Price does not include parts.

- Battery Change - $15.00:
- Only for computers with changeable batteries. Most digital depth gauges and bottom timers do not have changeable batteries. Remove old battery, clean compartment and install new battery.

- Check computer depth readings in pressure chamber for non-integrated units.

- Annual cylinder inspection with Visual Plus, application of a new VTI sticker, Plus sticker and air fill. Expiration date will not go past hydro expiration. Service charge pass or fail.

- Annual cylinder inspection, application of a new VTI sticker, and air fill. Expiration date will not go past hydro expiration. Service charge pass or fail.

- Visual inspection of nitrox or O2 cylinder, valve inspection cylinder wash and appropriate annual sticker and air fill. Expiration date will not go past hydro expiration. Service charge pass or fail.

- Complete disassembly, cleaning and replacement of all wearable parts.

- Tank & Valve Oxygen Cleaning - $40.00:
- Disassembly, hydrocarbon removal cleaning, oxygen compatible o-rings and lubricant, reassembly and air fill.

- Tank or Valve Oxygen Cleaning - $25.00:
- A manifold is 2 valves.
- Price does not include parts.

- Hydrostatic Retest - $30.00:
- DOT required 5 year hydrostatic retest, cylinder stamping, visual inspection and air fill. Service charge pass or fail. For Nitrox cylinders it is recommended that the valve be re-cleaned at hydro.

- Whipping - $20.00:
- Thorough whipping of cylinder interior and cleaning to pass visual inspection.
- Price does not include parts.

- Tumbling - $35.00:
- Cylinder tumbling with abrasive material for 30 to 60 minutes to remove heavy corrosion, thorough cleaning with hot water and low pressure air.

- Doubles Debanding - $25.00:
- Disassembly, reassembly and adjustment for Visual, Hydro or Oxygen cleaning.

- Dry Suit

- Wrist Seals - $45.00:
- Removal of wrist seals, appropriate cleaning and application of new seals (pair). The seals we use are taper seals, not bell seals.
- Price does not include the new seals.

- Neck Seal/Hood - $40.00:
- Removal of neck seal, appropriate cleaning and application of new seal. Price does not include the new seal.

- Repairs - $50.00/HR:
- Cleaning of ripped material and holes, application of appropriate adhesive and patch.
- Price does not include materials.

- Boots & Ankle Seals - $60.00:
- Removal of boots/seals, appropriate cleaning and application of new boots/seals (pair).
- Price does not include the new boots/seals.

- Valves - $15.00:
- Removal, inspection, cleaning and reassembly. Inflation valves will be turned for no charge as long as other work is being done.
- Price does not include parts.
