- From the North: Take US RT 23 South toward Circleville, access road off US RT 23 just South of the Citgo Truck Plaza. Follow the signs to the dive site. If you go over the overpass - you've went too far.

- From the South: Take US RT 23 North past Circleville, you will go over an overpass, turn left on to the access road to Island Road at Fletcher's Trucking. Follow signs to the dive site.
