Sand Flat Rd to 135 West (4.4 miles). 135 West to 560 South (3.3 miles). 560 south to 50 East (9.2 miles). 50 East to Bismark Rd (6.3 miles). Bismark Rd to 93 West (4.8 miles). 93 West to Mt Storm Lake. Boat ramp on left (2 miles).

- Max depth: 125'. Elevation 3380'. Ave vis: 15'. Bottom composition: thick layer of brown silt, rocks and algae beds. Water temp: variable, 90's in the Summer to 50's in the Winter. Fish: Bass, walleye, blue gill, channel catfish and hybrid. Algae bed: starting at 10'.
