Blue Hole Quarry (near Altoona, Pa.)
RT 22 East past Ebensburg onto the expressway. From expressway, take 22 East or 746 South. Rt 22 East in Holidaysburg. 22 East to Williamsburg (8 miles). Right onto RT 866. Turn left at a stone wall (4 miles). Turn right at white church (2 miles). Left at VFW (1.5 miles). Cross cement bridge with creek on right. Blue hole is 1.1 miles on the left.
 
Max Depth 35'. Length 1051'. Width: South end, 220'; North end 130'

Note:  Blue Hole is Private property you must obtain permission and fill out releases to dive there.
