Welcome To The Splash Water Sports Diver Education Page. We are Pittsburgh's Only 5 Star PADI IDC. Offering Diver training at every level scuba diving from Snorkeling all the way to Instructor level programs. We are PADI 5 Star Instructor development center and we pride our selves in making diver training fun and useful.
